Refund policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, contact us at canalstreetwear1@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Because every piece is made to order, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
