How do your pieces fit?

The Oversized Heavyweight Tee and Oversized Heavyweight Hoodie are cut oversized. Order your usual size for the relaxed look, or size down one for a closer fit. The Heavyweight Crewneck is a classic, relaxed fit; size up one if you want it oversized. Every product page has a size chart in inches.

What are they made of?

Tee: 6.5 oz (220 GSM) 100% combed ring-spun cotton. Hoodie: 11.8 oz (400 GSM) 100% organic cotton French terry. Crewneck: 8 oz/yd² 50/50 cotton/polyester fleece. Full details are on each product page.

Why no logos?

Because the fabric and fit should do the talking. Blank pieces go with everything you already own.

What does “made to order” mean?

Your piece is produced after you order, so there’s no overstock and no waste. Production takes 2–7 business days, then your order ships.

How long does shipping take?

US Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days and Express 1–2 business days after production. Standard shipping is free on US orders of $70 or more. International times and rates are shown at checkout. You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. See our Shipping Policy.

Can I buy the pieces together?

Can I return or exchange?

From our Refund Policy:

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, contact us at canalstreetwear1@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Because every piece is made to order, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash cold with like colors, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry.
